The Twitter Adriod APK is a stand alone program package to install on an Andriod phone unlike the Apple App which can only be installed through theApple App store.
If you use he Google Play Store and install the Twitter Andriod App, it will be automatically installed on your Andriod Phone.
If you use any other way to install the Twitter Andriod App it must be installed manually on your Andriod Phone or Andriod device.
Access your Andriod device's security settings and tap the switch marked 'Allow installation of apps from sources other than the Google Play Store'.
Once that's done, download the andriod app with apk extension and tap the file to install it. After you've confirmed, it will be installed and run like any other Android app.
APK stands for Android Package (sometimes Android Package Kit or Android Application Package ). It's the file format that Android uses to distribute and install apps. As a result, APKs contain all the elements that an app needs to install correctly on your device.
How To Install An Adriod App without using Google Play (My first suggestion)
Use the google chrome browser to install the Twitter Andriod App by giving the browser permission to install the app from unknown sources.
An unknown source is any app not in the google play store.
To install the Twitter Andriod App using a chrome browser do the following:
(6) Choose chrome browser to install unknown apps.
(7) Turn on allow from this source.
(8) This allows the google chrome browser to install apps from unknown sources.
You can use other internet browsers to install apps from unknown sources also but the procedure to set up the browser to install the Andriod APK will vary.
I will admit its not as easy as an automatic install from the Google Play store.
Any APP on the Google Play Store cannot be downloaded as an standalone package. (APK extension.)
All Google Apps have the APK file extension but the actual file with the APK extension has no links on the Google Play Store to manually download and install.
As far as I know you can't find a Google Play Store App on the Google Play Store with a link to just install the actual package file that contains a Google App with a APK file extension.
Thats because Google Play Store does not want you to manually download ANY of their apps.
Google Play Store does NOT own the actual Twitter APP.
Twitter owns the App and has allowed Google Play Store to modify the Twitter App to make it available to download to an Andriod phone either authomatically or manually using the APK App file.
I am not sure exactly would would happen if Google Play decided to take the Twitter App off their website.
First it would mean you could not automatically install the Twitter App on an Andriod phone.
Second I am assuming the Twitter Andriod App manual install would still work if Google had not disabled the Twitter App.
If Google disabled the Twitter App a manual install would not work and I am assuming the Twitter Apps already installed on millions of iPhones and Andriod phones would stop working also.
What Elon Must could do would be to make the Native Twitter App available to install on Twitter.com with a download page and link instructions.

Consisting mostly of palmitic and oleic acids, tallow is a shelf-stable substance historically used for food and in the production of shaving cream and other beauty products, soap, and even airplane fuel.
Popular and broadly-available brands which can be used for this Pemmican recipe include Epic, MD.Life, and Fatworks.
2. Shredded Beef Jerky
Machaca is dehydrated shredded beef.
It is essentially beef dust, and is amazingly versatile in that it can be sprinkled on eggs or used for tacos. The only limit is your imagination. Typically a few spices are included for flavor.
Machaca is a great protein source for Pemmican recipes because it is already in the physical state which you need, so there is no processing involved.

So long as everything you add is DRY, then the pemmican won’t go bad.

Storage:
Place your final product in the refrigerator. Technically speaking, Pemmican does not need to be refrigerated and as mentioned is shelf-stable for years, but I like my Pemmican cups refrigerated because the tallow hardens and reminds me of cupcake frosting. Closer to room temperature, the cups will come out of their molds cleanly, while cold they might flake off pieces of tallow, but I enjoy the taste either way!

Like me you probably have never heard of it or eaten pummican.
The above article doesn't mention you can preserve Pemmican in mason jars using a vacuum sealer.
Pummican at a minimum is good for 1 year and if you preserve it in mason jars that are vacuum sealed years longer.
The idea around using Pemmican is that is the ultimate survival food that is portable.
Its got what you will need to survive especially if you add dried fruit and dried honey in the mix.
Its the beef tallow that binds the dried meat and adds what you need to survive.
I keep reading some stuff about not including as much of the beef tallow.
If you do that then its not going to be a survival food.
If you want a survival food you must include the tallow.
In the above youtube video they added bacon grease. That would give it a flavor but would make the pummican last much less.
I wouldn't advise putting bacon grease into the pummican.
You can expermint making pummican but what you end up with could be tasty but not viable solution for a reliable long term survival food.
Stick with:
(1) Tallow
(2) Dried beef - Machaca
(3) Dried cranberries
(4) Dried Honey
In 2013 I purchased some Survival Tabs for just $10.00
The container holds 180 tabs. The amount per serving, just one chocolate tab is 140 calories.
To survive using these tabs you would need to eat about 12 per day for a 2,400 calorie diet if you just ate the tabs.
Thats enough for about 15 days in one container.
The cool thing about these ultra high calorie tabs is they ALSO provide essential vitamins and minerals, protein for strength, fat for endurance, like Pemmican etc.
Now in 2022 the same 180 tab container sells for $38.00 at walmart.
Thats $28.00 more than I paid for the same exact thing in 2013.
The recipe for 10 servings of Pemmican yields about Calories 500, Protein 25 grams.
One 1 Lb bag of Machaca beef, shreddered dried beef.
11 Ounces of Beef Tallow.
So thats 16 oz of shredded dried beef and 11 ounces of beef tallow.
26 ounces of protein and needed fat.
Thats 1 Lb 10 oz so far.
If you add to this mix some dried cranberries and dried honey you would get whatever amount of mixture you desire.
Lets say add 3 oz of dried honey and 8 oz of dried cranberries.
That brings us up to about 37 ounces.
2 lb 5 oz of pummican.
You won't need to eat that much every day.
My own personal idea about how much pummican to consume everyday would be based on the hunger factor and not overeating but eating enough.
Pummican is going to satisfy you hunger because of the tallow it contains.
Your going to need the fat in the pummican every day and the protein.
I would eat a few serving of pummican during the day alone with a few survival tabs which contain the additional nutrition along with the needed vitamins and minerals.
The USDA minimum requirements that are recommended are not near enough.
Currently I take 4 grams of buffered vitamin C and and 125 mcg of vitamin D3.
Vitamin daily requirments vary between men, women and children.
For me I would take about 6 survival tabs and hope that would be enough of vitamins and minerals I need.
It wouldn't be near the 4 grams of buffered C and 125 mcg of vitamin D3 I currently take daily.
It would though be adequate until I could do better by eating actual prepared food.
Vitamin C intake will vary according to weight and age.
Vitamin D3 intake will vary according to weight and age also.
Carbohydrates, protein, and fat: It’s the first lesson in Nutrition 101—carbohydrates and proteins provide 4 kcal/g, and fats provide 9 kcal/g.
What’s seldom mentioned, however, is that these numbers represent population averages of energy that food provides the body.
These numbers don’t accurately reflect the calories produced by individuals from these macronutrients.
The actual calories available for energy are influenced by several factors, including an individual’s gut flora, the way the food is prepared, how well the food is chewed, and the overall diet composition.
You gut flora status will play a big part in determining how much vitamins, minerals etc your body absorbs.
I would add to my emergency diet of pemmican and survival tabs some fermented pickle juice for the flora in my gut.

Knowing what foods can be eaten in the wild isn’t just about survival. It is about self-sufficiency and having a connection with nature. There is nothing tastier than eating a meal which you found and prepared all on your own!
I do NOT recommend that you start memorizing massive lists of edible plants and ways to make animal snares.
Instead, a much better approach to getting started with wilderness survival food is to learn the “wilderness food pyramid.”
What is the Wilderness Survival Food Pyramid
The Wilderness Food Pyramid isn’t about what you should eat. Rather, it shows you what foods you should learn to eat available based on your skill level.
When you are first starting out with wilderness survival, you will be eating foods which don’t move fast or at all.
Examples of these are wild edible plants, and insects as survival food.
As you start getting more comfortable in the wild, you can work your way up to small game and fish.
You’ll note that wild mushrooms are higher up in the pyramid. This is because, even though mushrooms won’t run away from you so are easy to forage, it requires a lot of knowledge to properly identify mushrooms. A lot of edible varieties resemble poisonous ones!
As you reach a more expert level, you will start eating larger game like deer and elk.
These not only require skill to kill (particularly patience!), but skills in preparing and preserving the meat.
{Many people don't have the skill to hunt game food. Many people live in areas where even if they did there are little to no game foods available.
The urban city person needs to learn the skill of how to forge for foods in areas where foods can be found nearby. Foraging know how begins by knowing what you can forage in YOUR area for survival.}

Wild Greens, Berries, Fruits, Tubers, Roots, Shoots and Flowers
These are some of the easiest wilderness survival foods to find. I suggest that you get a good field guide for your area and start going on some hikes to forage for foods. It is fun and you’ll get some practice in at identifying wild edible plants.

Nuts, Seeds, and Grains
These fall a bit higher on the wilderness survival foods pyramid because they aren’t always easy to access. For example, you may need to climb trees in order to get some nuts before critters like squirrels do.
Some nuts, such as acorns, also need to be soaked in water before consumed to get rid of the tannins.
Eating wild grains takes a bit more knowledge. In many cases, you can just chew on wild grasses to get their nutritious juices and then spit out the indigestible fiber.
To use the seeds to make grains, you’ll have to harvest them and then grind them up.

Walnuts
Hickory nuts
Acorns (*note you have to soak them first to remove the tannins)
It is really annoying how eating insects has been stigmatized as gross. In many countries eating insects is considered completely normal — as it should be considered since insects are so nutritious!
Unfortunately, most of the time when we see people eating insects, it is on some hyped-up reality TV show like Bear Grylls or Survivor.
You should NEVER just chomp the head off of a live insect!!!
Just like with meat, insects should always be cooked to kill any parasites which may be in them before eating. There are a lot of edible insects. Crickets and grasshoppers are my favorite (though ants are also pretty tasty).
Forget what you’ve seen in the movies! Catching a fish with your bare hands or even with a spear requires a lot of skill. However, it is fairly easy to make a fish trap. See these examples of how to make a survival fish trap.
You can even just set the trap and forget about it until the next day. How easy is that!
Near the ocean, there are also other types of animals you can trap. As for eating eggs, this is fairly easy in the right season – assuming that you are capable of climbing a tree!

Reptiles and Amphibians
Amphibians can often be caught with your bare hands in lakes, streams, or other smaller bodies of water. You can also make traps for catching them.
Lizards are a bit harder to catch because they move so quickly and can hide in small crevices. However, lizards are all over the place so you’ve got a good chance of getting one if you set a trap.

Mushrooms
Mushrooms are a great survival food, but you’ve really got to be cautious about eating them. There are many edible mushrooms which resemble poisonous ones.
Even if you don’t get killed by eating the wrong type of mushroom, you could end up with diarrhea – and that might kill you out of dehydration! In other words, don’t take any chances.
Eat foods lower on the survival pyramid and work your way up to mushrooms. Preferably you start foraging wild mushrooms with an experienced guide. NEVER use social media or online sites (except very reputable ones) to identify mushrooms.

Chicken of the Woods (Laetiporus sulphureus)

Birds and Small Game
If you want a good guide to snares and traps, I recommend checking out this page. We go over some basic traps for catching birds and other small game.

Pigeons (especially for urban survival!)

Large Game
If you are patient enough and have a rifle and are a decent shot, hunting large game doesn’t require that much skill.
But, since we are talking about a SHTF survival situation here, you might not be able to hunt with a rifle. The sound could draw attention to your location. Hunting with silent weapons like spears and bows and arrows is not so easy! You will need a much higher level of skills for this wilderness survival food.
There is a lot more to hunting large game for survival than just killing it! Unless you want all of your meat to go to waste, you better know how to preserve it. Again, this takes skill knowledge and practice.
Be aware of some basic guidelines that will ensure that foraging remains safe.
Proper Identification of Wild Edibles
Before eating any wild plant, make 100% sure it's not poisonous.
Find a mentor. Learning from an expert or someone more experienced will give you a higher level of confidence.
Get a Good Book. There’s no substitute for a mentor, but a good field guide is a close second. A reference book will give you confidence as you get more comfortable with foraging. You can use it not only to help positively identify plants, but a book is also great for learning new plants in your area -- plants that you haven’t found yet. It provides inspiration to seek out new wild edibles in new places.
When choosing a field guide, look for a book with a broad range of plants in your area. It should have easy-to-identify photos or line-drawings and should include info on habitat and palatability. There are plenty of books that describe “edible” wild plants that no one would eat unless they were desperate. It’s helpful to know what you’re looking for is worth finding.
There are a lot of great guides out there now, but there are three books that I recommend for getting started:

Slight bias here since we developed recipes and provided food photography for this book. Bias and recipes aside, this is a great book for learning and identifying wild edibles.
Learn the few dangerous species in your area before venturing into the wild to forage. If you know what poisonous plants you may encounter, you'll feel more comfortable foraging for the edible species.
Don't always rely on common names. Common names can refer to several different plants. Some wild edible plants share the same common names as poisonous plants. Latin names are more reliable. For example, if someone offers you hemlock tea, before drinking, you might ask whether it's infused with Conium maculatum (Poison Hemlock) or with the tender tips of Tsuga canadensis (Eastern Hemlock tree). Latin was chosen to classify plants and animals because it's a dead language, so we can't expect it to evolve or change, whereas common names vary and fluctuate.
Use all of your senses. Don't limit yourself to visual ID alone. Lots of wild edible plants have look-alikes. Learn how to differentiate similar plants by smell, feel, texture, etc. It's not a rule, but in many cases, poisonous plants are unpalatable and rank smelling. That said, taste should only be used if you're absolutely sure the plant is not poisonous. Some plants, such as water hemlock, are deadly in very small doses.
Learn habitat. You won't find cattails on a high slope, and you won't find ramps in a swamp.
Learn companion plants. Many plants are commonly found growing nearby certain other species. If you see yellow dock, there's a good chance pokeweed will be close by.
Learn to follow wild edible plants through all seasons. This is important for two reasons. First is positive identification. When I was learning to forage, I misidentified the poisonous white snakeroot as wood nettle. I put the leaves in soup for a few months. Fortunately I only added it in small quantities and no one got sick. When it bloomed in July, it became clear to me that I had made a mistake. There are admittedly other subtleties of differentiation that I should have noticed, but the flowers were a dead giveaway.
Another reason to follow wild edible plants through the seasons is to locate perennial plants that you want to harvest in early spring. For example, by the time pokeweed becomes identifiable, it's often past the point of use. If you make note of it during the warmer months, you'll know where to find it when it first appears in spring.
Learn which parts of a wild edible plant are safe to use. Just because a wild plant is considered edible doesn't mean all parts are edible. For instance, while ripe cooked elderberries are safe to eat, the bark, stems and roots are considered poisonous. It's also important to note that some plants are only edible at certain times of the year. For example, stinging nettle shouldn't be used after it goes to seed.
Keep a foraging journal. This is really important for developing a sense of what is available in your area when. Through months and years of recording your foraging finds, you'll gradually compile a calendar that tells you what's on the horizon for harvesting. This will also help you plan a menu schedule ahead of time.

You just can't run out into the nearby woods etc and start picking stuff without knowing what you are foraging for.
You must do your OWN research for the AREA you live in or area nearby where you can forage for food outdoorrs.
I am pointing you to the "trough" to get what you need but its up to you to do it.
Forging for food varies from season to season.
Knowing what to forage for during the various seasons of the year is why you should keep a foraging journal.
Most likely what you are foraging for will NOT be available year round.
To me foraging is a good backup to preparing for food shortages by canning/preserving food and storing foods that have a long shelf life that I will eat.
When the US dollar becomes a Central Bank Digital Dollar you can be sure in the future what you are able to purchase for food etc will be controlled by the CBDC.
This is another reason to know how to survive without using money in any form.

There are hundreds of different conifer species in several families, so it can be hard to know which is which. Learn how to properly identify conifer trees, including pine, fir, spruce, hemlock, juniper, cedars, and more!
What are Conifer Trees?
Conifers are evergreen trees with needles or scales as their leaves. There are many species of conifers within several families. Conifer trees grow worldwide in temperate regions.
Most conifers are more or less edible and usable, with one big exception of the Yew family, which is highly toxic. There are a few other species that are questionably toxic or otherwise not edible, but not to the same degree as Yew.
Because of this, it’s very important to properly identify and research the conifers that grow in your region before using.
Pinaceae Family
The Pinaceae family is very large and contains some of the most commonly foraged conifers, such as pine, fir, Douglas-fir, spruce, hemlock, and true cedars.
Pine Tree Identification
Pine trees (Pinus spp.) have needles that are bundled in clusters of 1-7, with 2-5 being most common, depending on the species. The needles are often longer than those of other conifers, but not always.
The needles and branches grow in a spiral pattern. New spring growth at the tips of branches are brown or whitish and scaly, sometimes called “candles.”
The bark of most pine trees is thick and scaly, but in some species it is thin and flaky. Ponderosa pine (Pinus ponderosa) has scaly bark that resembles puzzle pieces.
Pine cones are woody and brown with spirally arranged scales, hanging downward. The seeds are small and winged.
Many species of pine trees produce edible pine nuts, most notably the Piñon pine (Pinus edulis).
Some other common pine species in the United States and Canada are:
Western white pine (Pinus monticola)
Eastern white pine (Pinus strobus)
Virginia pine (Pinus virginiana)
Loblolly pine (Pinus taeda)
Sugar pine (Pinus lambertiana)
Lodgepole pine (Pinus contorta)
Those are just a select few, as this is a huge genus!
One thing to note is that Ponderosa pine (Pinus ponderosa), and potentially other yellow pines, should not be used internally by pregnant women, as there is a small chance that they could cause miscarriage.
Fir Tree Identification
Fir trees (Abies spp.) have needles that attach to the branch by a base that looks like a tiny suction cup.
The needles are soft and flattened, and usually have two white lines on the underside. Fir needles tend to point upwards, but this is not always the case.
One distinguishing feature of fir trees is that the cones do not hang downward, but stand up straight like candlesticks. Mature cones can be brown, blue, purple, or black in color, depending on the species.
Fir trees are popular as Christmas trees.
Some common species of fir trees in the United States and Canada include:
White fir (Abies concolor)
Grand fir (Abies grandis)
Noble fir (Abies procera)
Rocky Mountain fir (Abies lasiocarpa)
Basalm fir (Abies balsamea)
Douglas-fir Tree Identification
Douglas-fir (Pseudotsuga spp.) is not a true fir tree. Its Latin name means “false hemlock,” so it’s not a hemlock tree either, but its own genus all together.
Douglas-fir trees, particularly Pseudotsuga menziesii, are very common in western North America. There are also a few species in Asia.
The needles of Douglas-fir trees grow all the way around the branch, and the buds at the end of the branches are brown and cone shaped. These buds are one good way to identify Douglas-fir.
The cones are brown and have a characteristic “mouse tail.”
Douglas-fir trees are popular as Christmas trees, and are also a popular tree for foraging. They have many benefits, and all parts of the tree have edible and medicinal uses, including the needles, bark, and resin.
Spruce Tree Identification
Spruce trees (Picea spp.) have four sided needles that attach to a small peg on the branch. The woody peg remains when the needle is removed.
Most species of spruce trees have stiff and pointy needles that are sharp to the touch. The needles grow around the branch.
Spruce cones hang downwards, and have thin scales and a smooth, somewhat flexible shape.
Some common species of spruce trees are:
Blue spruce (Picea pungens)
Norway spruce (Picea abies)
Sitka spruce (Picea sitchensis)
White spruce (Picea glauca)
Hemlock Tree Identification
Hemlock trees (Tsuga spp.) have short and flat needles of varying length on the same branch. This is usually the best way to identify them.
The underside of the needles of some hemlock species have two white lines.
It got the name “hemlock” because it smells similar to poison hemlock when the needles are crushed, but the species are entirely unrelated.
Hemlock bark is scaly and usually deeply grooved. The cones hang downward and vary in size.
They produce light green tips in the spring, similar to spruce tips.
There are around ten species of hemlock, with the most common in the United States and Canada being:
Western hemlock (Tsuga heterophylla)
Eastern hemlock (Tsuga canadensis)
Mountain hemlock (Tsuga mertensiana)
True Cedar Tree Identification
Cedars cause a bit of confusion because there are several conifer genera and species that use the common name “cedar,” but they aren’t all true cedars. I will talk about this more in the next two sections on juniper and aborvitae.
Here we will discuss true cedars (Cedrus spp.), which are native to the Himalayas and the Mediterranean region. They are also common in yards and parks as an ornamental landscaping plant in North America and other regions.
True cedars have needles, not scales.
Like true fir trees, true cedar cones grow upwards.
Cedars are highly aromatic and are often used for their scent in aromatherapy and to repel bugs and moths.
There are only four main species of true cedars:
Atlas cedar (Cedrus atlantica)
Cyprus cedar (Cedrus brevifolia)
Deodar cedar (Cedrus deodara)
Lebanon cedar (Cedrus libani)
Taxaceae Family (Toxic)
The Taxaceae, or Yew family of conifers are highly toxic and should be avoided.
Yew Tree Identification (Toxic)
Yew trees are common and grow nearly worldwide.
Most species of Yews have red berries that have edible flesh, but the seed inside is deadly toxic.
The needles are flat, spirally arranged and have pale green or white bands on the underside.
Yew trees are generally smaller than most other conifers.
Make sure that any evergreen conifer tree that you are foraging for edible or medicinal uses is NOT in the Yew family!
Using Conifer Trees
Most conifer trees have both edible and medicinal uses. Many of them can be used interchangeably in recipes, as they have similar benefits.

If you read the article about the “Pegasus Project”, spyware created to infect cell phones that was marketed by Israeli intelligence through a company called NSO {Go Deep Here}, then you essentially know the background.
Pegasus is “no click” targeting spyware that can be deployed against cellular phones, simply by inputting the phone number and transmitting to it.
The Guardian previously reported, “Claudio Guarnieri, who runs Amnesty International’s Security Lab, said once a phone was infected with Pegasus, a client of NSO could in effect take control of a phone, enabling them to extract a person’s messages, calls, photos and emails, secretly activate cameras or microphones, and read the contents of encrypted messaging apps such as WhatsApp, Telegram and Signal.”
Pegasus was deployed to target tens-of-thousands of cell phones by the people who Israel sold the spyware to. The Guardian, and a group of allied leftists in media, were previously granted access to a leaked batch of 50,000 phone numbers that the Pegasus software was operating in.
In a recent update from the New York Times they stated, “[it] has been used by police and intelligence services to hack the phones of drug kingpins and terrorists, but gained notoriety when it was revealed that governments, like Saudi Arabia, Mexico, Hungary and India, had deployed it against political dissidents, journalists and human rights workers.
It was also recently revealed the U.S. FBI under Director Chris Wray purchased the Pegasus program for “FBI experiments” and “exploration” into how the spyware program could be used domestically.
The FBI was initially reluctant to reveal their ownership of the Pegasus program, however, within FOIA documents related to the potential for domestic surveillance and concerns about fourth amendment constitutional protections, the FBI admitted they retain the capability – but promised it has not been deployed.
(New York Times) – […] The Times revealed in January that the F.B.I. had purchased Pegasus in 2018 and, over the next two years, tested the spyware at a secret facility in New Jersey. Since the bureau first purchased the tool, it has paid approximately $5 million to NSO.
Since that story was published, F.B.I. officials, including Mr. Wray, have gone further than they did during the closed meeting with senators last December. They acknowledged that the bureau did consider deploying Pegasus, though they still emphasized that the F.B.I.’s main goal was to test and evaluate it to assess how adversaries might use it. The FBI is not saying they will not use Pegasus, they simply said they would not use the spyware outside of the legal framework for deployment without legal and valid investigative baselines.
Put another way, if there was a court ordered search warrant, Pegasus would be a tool for use in criminal investigations.
The latest discussions of Pegasus came around four days after the U.S. election, in a New York Times article November 12th.
We know the general use of the New York Times as it pertains to the DOJ/FBI and their domestic public relations efforts. [Broadly, Main Justice (DOJ/FBI) use NYT/Politico, CIA use WaPo and State Dept use CNN]
Media narratives often follow a data frequency, a rhyme or signal that you can sense amid the background operations.
So, here we have:
(1) Pegasus, a stealth tool for surveillance and extraction of investigative evidence that can be deployed, covertly, without the target having any idea they are exposed.
(2) We have concrete evidence the FBI has the Pegasus tool, and an understanding it would not be deployed without legally authorized authorities.
(3) We have a special counsel created to investigate congress under the auspices of the J6 ‘insurrection’…. Can you see where this is going?
The Special Counsel is authorized to conduct the ongoing investigation into whether any person or entity violated the law in connection with efforts to interfere with the lawful transfer of power following the 2020 presidential election or the certification of the Electoral College vote held on or about January 6, 2021, as well as any matters that arose or might arise directly from this investigation or that are within the scope of [Special Counsel Regulations 28 C.F.R. § 600.4(a)]. The special counsel appointment essentially means that congressional representatives are under investigation; and search warrants on their phones, text messages, emails, etc could be authorized.
Then we overlay using DOJ-NSD defined terms of “national security threat” (that’s why they emphasized insurrection) and we find the pathway to gain legal search warrants on an incoming congressional caucus. Then the possibilities for Pegasus.
They didn’t just think this up overnight. They are using J6 as a weapon against their losing the House to republicans.
The Democrats are now structurally targeting Republicans with the appointment of Jack Smith.
The executive is now investigating the legislative branch; the legal structure of this eliminates the separation of powers issue.
The DOJ is not investigating republicans, they are investigating defined criminals; insurrectionists that are national security threats, that happen to be republicans. See how that works?

Contrast these recent events, tools and discoveries against the backstory of how the modern surveillance state was created {Go Deep}. Then overlay their recent Pegasus capabilities against the backdrop of a weaponized DOJ and FBI now targeting political opposition in congress.
n the decades before 9/11/01 the intelligence apparatus intersected with government, influenced government, and undoubtedly controlled many institutions with it. The legislative oversight function was weak and growing weaker, but it still existed and could have been used to keep the IC in check. However, after the events of 9/11/01, the short-sighted legislative reactions opened the door to allow the surveillance state to weaponize against domestic enemies.
After the Patriot Act was triggered, not coincidentally only six weeks after 9/11, a slow and dangerous fuse was lit that ends with the intelligence apparatus being granted a massive amount of power. Pegasus infections can be achieved through so-called “zero-click” attacks, which do not require any interaction from the phone’s owner in order to succeed.
These will often exploit “zero-day” vulnerabilities, which are flaws or bugs in an operating system that the mobile phone’s manufacturer does not yet know about and so has not been able to fix.
More recently Pegasus spyware has begun exploiting vulnerabilities in Apple’s iMessage software, giving it backdoor access to hundreds of millions of iPhones.
For companies such as NSO, the makers of the Pegasus, exploiting software that is either installed on devices by default, such as iMessage, or is very widely used, such as WhatsApp, is especially attractive, because it dramatically increases the number of mobile phones Pegasus can successfully attack.

You think your safe from being tracked because you don't have a cellphone.
Your being tracked and monitored by all those cellphones around you that people have in their possession.

If you own an iPhone the Pegaus spyware is installed by default.
If you own an andriod phone etc it also has Pegasus installed.
People and business often require the use of a cellphone to make appointments, pay bills, etc.
For instance a doctor, pharmacy etc will either call or text you to confirm something.
If you don't have a cellphone you can't get their call or text.
Some people would and do have panic attacks if they can't find their cellphone.
Don't think you can't survive WITHOUT a cellphone.
The real question is CAN YOU SURVIVE WITH A CELLPHONE?
I am planning now to live without a cellphone.
I still want to be able to call and talk as necessary but on a home phone that can't be hacked.
I do know if the home phone is internet based it still could be hacked by Pegasus just like a cellphone.
One big difference would be no video/pictures/text for someone or a government to view.
Yes it still could tell others the gps location of the phone but that wouldn't matter to me because that location would not change.
Yes an internet phone could still listen in but I would make sure that capability would be restricted to only when I am using the phone.
Are there other possibilities?
Yes but most people won't be willing to give up the spy cellphone for these.
(1) Communicate using mail.
(2) Communicate directly with a business by going to the business.
(3) Communicate with another person by going to where that person is located.
The above 3 options take much more time and effort.
The above 3 options are much better than using a 24/7 cellphone spy.
You still need to be aware if you go to a business or person to communicate ANYTHING and there are cellphones around that can record or transmit what you are saying without your knowledge.
These cellphones can also transmit pictures or videos or you and your location etc.
There is NO privacy where a cellphone is, ANYWHERE!
If you want privacy there must be NO cellphone nearby.

The Elections Integrity Unit (“Unit”) of th e Arizona Attorney Ge neral’s Office (“AGO”) has received hundreds of complaints since Electi on Day pertaining to issues related to the administration of the 2022 Gene ral Election in Maricopa County.These complaints go beyond pure speculation, but include first-hand witness accounts that raise concerns regarding Maricopa’s lawful compliance with Arizona election law.Furthermore, statements made by both Chairman Gates and Recorder Richer, along with information Maricopa County rele ased through official modes of communication appear to confirm potential statutory violations of title 16. Pursuant to the AGO’s authority under A.R.S. § 16-1021, the Unit hereby requests Maricopa formally respond to and address the following concerns that have been raised. Election Day Ballot-on-Demand Printer Configuration Settings
According to Maricopa County, at least 60 voting locations had issues related to some ballot-on-demand (BOD) printers ha ving printer configuration settings that were non-uniform, which appeared to have resulted in ballots that were unable to be read byon-site ballot tabulators.
Based on sworn complaints submitted by electi on workers employed by Maricopa County, the BOD printers were tested on Monday, November 7 without any apparent problems.
Many of thoseelection workers report that despite the successful testing the nightbefore, the tabulators began experiencing problems reading ballots printed by the BOD printers within the first thirty minutes of voting on Tuesday, November 8, 2022.
Based on the plethora of reports from election workers, poll observers, and voters, combined with Maricopa County’s admission that there were in fact widespread problems related to non-uniform BOD printer conf iguration settings, the Unit requests that Maricopa County provide a comprehensive report detailing withspecificity:
(1) the voting locations that had problems with either BOD printers or tabulation;
(2) the specific problems at each voting location;
(3) any other issues related to BO D printers and/or tabulators that may have contributed to the problems at voting locations;
(4) a comprehensive log of all changes to the BOD printerconfiguration settings (to include the identity of individualsmaking changes);
(5) MaricopaCounty’s standards for the BOD prin ter configuration settings as sp ecified in internal technical specifications and/or manufacturer technical specifications;
(6) the precise time the non-uniformprinter configuration settings were found to be the root cause of the problem; and
(7) the methodused to update or reconfiguretheprinterconfigurationsettings at each voting location (specifically, if technicians were sent to the voting location, when were they deployed in the field and when did they make the changes at each voting location; alternatively, if the network administrator was able to make universal chan ges, please detail when and how the printer configuration settings were corrected).
Election Day “Check-out” Procedures
Following widespread reports of problems at voting locations on Election Day, Chairman Gates publicly stated that voters who had already checked into e-Pollbook, butwere having difficulties voting could “check out” of that voting location, and would be able to nonetheless vote in another voting location.
Based on sworn complaints received by the Unit, not only have pollworkers reported that they were not trained and/or not provided with information on how to execute “check out” procedures, but many voters have reported the second voting location requiredthe voter to cast a provisional ba llot as the e-Pollbooks maintained the voter had cast a ballot inthe original voting location.
In fact, Arizona law specifically prohibits provisional ballots to becounted when a voter has signed multiple pollbooks.
As of 11/22/2022 Arizona is still "counting" ballots.
The Attorney General of Arizona is putting any certification of the election on hold until the official inquiry is done.
The stench smell of corruption in Arizona is almost as bad as the stench smell of corruption in washington dc.
With this massive level of corruption in Arizona going on how can any of the races for ANYTHING in Arizona be certified even after an official inquiry into the ballot FRAUD and corruption?

In case you missed it, Poliquin was answering questions about his involvement with prosecuting Canada’s “Freedom Convoy” truckers for protesting when he suddenly and unexpectedly collapsed and fell to the floor.
In the immediate aftermath, it was unknown if Poliquin survived or if he went the way of CHI Memorial Hospital’s Tiffany Dover, who similarly collapsed after being among the first in the country to get jabbed for the Fauci Flu only to never be seen or heard from again.
Poliquin’s official Twitter account claims he is still alive. Its most recent tweets claim to be from Poliquin himself, who assured his followers that he “should be up and running in a few days.”

A now-deleted tweet from Poliquin on April 28, 2021, included the hashtag “#AstraZeneca,” indicating that he took the viral-vector shot.

A couple months later on June 30, 2021, Poliquin tweeted again about being “#vaxxedtothemax” along with a picture of himself in front of a large sign that read “I got vaccinated!” We assume this means he got “boosted,” or perhaps took another round of a different brand of covid shots.
Interestingly, a month prior to Poliquin’s April tweet, distribution of the AstraZeneca shot in Canada was halted for people under 55 after numerous reports had linked it to blood clots and other serious adverse events.

Appeals Court Rules Against Biden regime Student Loan Forgiveness Program
A federal appeals court on Nov. 14 entered a ruling against the student loan forgiveness program announced by President Joe Biden’s regime earlier this year.
Erasing student loan debt would be “irreversible,” a panel of the St. Louis-based U.S. Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit ruled, entering an injunction against the regime pending an appeal.
The panel consisted of U.S. Circuit Judges Bobby Shepherd, a George W. Bush appointee; Ralph Erickson, a Donald Trump appointee; and Steven Grasz, another Trump appointee.
They sided with Missouri and five other Republican-led states that had sued Biden and Education Secretary Miguel Cardona after the announcement of the program, alleging that it was illegal for the executive branch to enact such widespread loan relief.
Biden administration officials have said that the Higher Education Relief Opportunities for Students Act of 2003 grants the authority for the relief, which is expected to cost about $400 billion and apply to tens of millions of Americans.
The appeals court ruling came after U.S. District Judge Henry Edward Autrey, a George W. Bush appointee, rejected the states’ suit, finding that they lacked standing to sue on behalf of the Missouri Higher Education Loan Authority (MOHELA).
The three appeals judges disagreed, finding that MOHELA is effectively an arm of the state of Missouri and even if it wasn’t, the financial effect of the regime’s debt discharge still threatens Missouri because it would affect the state’s Lewis and Clark Discovery Fund, a capital fund that can support projects at colleges. The fund receives money from MOHELA.
“Due to MOHELA’s financial obligations to the State treasury, the challenged student loan debt cancellation presents a threatened financial harm to the State of Missouri,” the panel stated. “Consequently, we conclude Missouri has shown a likely injury in fact that is concrete and particularized, and which is actual or imminent, traceable to the challenged action of the Secretary, and redressable by a favorable decision.”
The ruling follows a separate appeals court decision to temporarily block the program and U.S. District Judge Mark Pittman, a Trump appointee, finding it unconstitutional and vacating it.
After Pittman’s ruling, dated Nov. 8—the same day as the midterm elections—the biden regime stopped accepting applications for the program.
“Courts have issued orders blocking our student debt relief program. As a result, at this time, we are not accepting applications,” the program’s webpage states.
Administration lawyers have already appealed that ruling and the government will hold onto information from the 26 million borrowers, including the 16 million who have already been approved for relief, “so it can quickly process their relief once we prevail in court,” Biden regime White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said.

The difference between “ballots” and “votes” - How Democrates Steal elections
The difference between “ballots” and “votes” is previously explained {SEE HERE} and absolutely critical to understand before moving forward.
In 2022 wins and losses from the midterm election, one thing that stands out in similarity to the 2020 general election is the difference between ballots and votes.
It appears in some states this is the ‘new normal.’
Where votes were the focus, the Biden administration suffered losses.
Where ballots were the focus, the Biden administration won.
Perhaps the two states most reflective of ‘ballots’ being more important than ‘votes’ are Michigan and Pennsylvania. Despite negative polling and public opinion toward two specific candidates in those states, Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer and Pennsylvania Senate candidate John Fetterman achieved victories.
Whitmer and Fetterman were not campaigning for votes, that is old school. Instead, the machinery behind both candidates focused on the modern path. The Democrat machines in both states focused on ballot collection and ignored the irrelevant votes as cast.
Since the advent of ballot centric focus through mail-in and collection drop-off processes, votes have become increasingly less valuable amid the organizers who wish to control election outcomes. As a direct and specific result, ballot collection has become the key to Democrat party success.
The effort to attain votes for candidates is less important than the strategy of collecting ballots.
It should be emphasized; these are two distinctly different election systems.
The system of ballot distribution and collection is far more susceptible to control than the traditional system of votes cast at precincts.
A vote cannot be cast by a person who is no longer alive, or no longer lives in the area. However, a ballot can be sent, completed and returned regardless of the status of the initially attributed and/or registered individual.
While ballots and votes originate in two totally different processes, the end result of both “ballots” and “votes,” weighing on the presented election outcome, is identical.
While initially the ballot form of election control was tested in Deep Blue states, through the process of mail-in returns under the guise and justification of “expanding democracy,” a useful tool for those who are vested in the distinction, I think we are now starting to see what happens on a national level when the process is expanded.
The controversial 2020 election showed the result of making ‘ballots’ the strategy for electoral success. Under the justification of COVID-19 mitigation, mail-in ballots took center stage. Ballot harvesting by Democrat operations was one term for the outcome.
Democrat party officials and political activist groups knew how to exploit the opportunities within the new system of ballot distribution and collection, and when you combine that with a massive legal pressure campaign to accept any and all forms of ballots, well, you can see how they are dependent.
Now that ballot collection has been shown to be a much more effective way to maintain political power,
Democrats in a general sense are less focused on winning votes and more focused on gathering ballots.
When ‘ballot organization’ becomes more important than ‘vote winning,’ you modify your electoral campaign approaches accordingly.
It might sound simplistic, but inside the distinct difference between ballots and votes you will find why refusing debates is a successful strategy.
If you are trying to win votes you could never fathom campaign success by refusing to debate an opponent.
However, if your focus is centered around ballot collection, the debate is essentially irrelevant.
It’s time for voters to start seeing the difference between elections decided by ballots and elections decided by votes.
Perhaps the 2022 midterm election will awaken people to the two completely different electioneering systems.
You can vote at any scale you want.
However, when ballots are more important than votes – the election will always favor the former.
Michigan and Pennsylvania voters are likely very unhappy today, while Michigan and Pennsylvania ballot providers are smiling.
If Democrats had to win individual ‘votes’ to gain election success, they would be at a disadvantage.
As long as Democrats only need to gather ‘ballots’, they have a path to winning elections.
The processes of electioneering are all modified accordingly.
Campaigning, advertising, promoting, debating, hand-shaking, crowd attendance and venues for rallies, along with physically meeting people and convincing them of your worth, are only important if you are trying to win votes.
Fortunately for Democrats, modern electioneering via ballot collection does not require these arcane efforts.
So, in the larger picture of what you now see in elections, Democrats have stopped wasting time doing them.
Republicans are running around trying to convince people and win votes.
Meanwhile, who needs voters?
Democrats have skipped all of that old fashioned stuff and modified all of their electioneering systems to quietly and efficiently collect ballots.
A large percentage of conservatives, intellectually honest independents and even some establishment republican donors have read our research and are now starting to have the ‘votes‘ vs ‘ballots‘ conversation.
That understanding is critical, because any conversation that does not accurately identify and accept the problem is futile.
The RNC club knew exactly what the DNC club were doing in their 2022 midterm “ballot submission assistance” program. Yes, that’s exactly what “ballot harvesting” is called now. “Ballot Harvesting” is illegal in many states, “Ballot Submission Assistance” is not.
Progressive political activists in the state of Arizona are now scrubbing the footprints of their ballot submission assistance programs. Wait, Arizona(?) you say. Yes, Arizona a state where “ballot harvesting” is illegal, but email, fax, online and in person drop-off is possible. Ballot assistance is essentially the same harvesting process but in a smaller and more individualized scale.
REFERENCE and CONTEXT is critical to understanding.
After Eric Holder left the Obama administration as Attorney General, he was hired by the State of California to defend against the Trump administration in early January 2017 (LINK).
Why?
When Eric Holder left the Obama administration, his firm was contracted by California during a process of linking the motor vehicle registration files to the Secretary of State voter registration system. Holder was advising on part of a technology system being constructed to bridge the DMV and SoS offices.
You might know this as a “Motor/Voter” process. However, former AG Eric Holder had a very specific function in the construction of this technology bridge.
The process of adding voters to the registration rolls when they receive or update their driver’s license was seen as an opportunity to expand the voter rolls.
Making the voter rolls as big as possible is the key to the utilization of mass mail-out balloting.
I will skip the part where California started giving illegal aliens drivers licenses for a moment – you can obviously see how that would play with motor/voter rolls – instead I am choosing just to focus on the specifics of the Holder aspect.
The DMV needed to connect to the SoS office. This was simply a part of a tech system that needed to be built.
The Conservative Tree House has previously spoken with the lead engineer, a member of a very small technology group, who worked in the California information technology (IT) unit that was tasked with building the system that connected the DMV to the SoS.
In the process of connecting the two state networks together, there needed to be a “flag”, essentially a check box, where the applicant to the DMV would attest to being legally authorized to vote.
It is a positive affirmation, a check box, that says the Driver’s License holder affirms they are legally eligible to vote.
That affirmation (the technical flag in the process), when affirmed, then transmits the information to the SoS office with the DL operator identity, and the California driver is automatically added to the SoS rolls and registered to vote.
During the time when Eric Holder was the legal counsel for the California Secretary of State, the technology team was constructing the internal data processing systems.
The lead engineer in the unit was instructed to code the data transfer in such a way that even if the “check box” was left unchecked, the registration data would transmit from the DMV to the SoS office.
Essentially, instead of only those who affirmed their legal eligibility by checking the box, everyone -including those who did not check the box- would get a DL and would automatically have their information transmitted to the SoS office.
Everyone who received a driver’s license or state issued id was automatically going to be registered to vote, regardless of their legally authorized status.
That request led the engineer to contact the conservative tree house.
I wrote about it, published the details, then the engineer freaked out as he/she realized there was only a very limited number of people who could expose the issue. He/She was worried about his/her safety and family and asked me to remove the article. This background is how I know the details of who, what, when and why the California mass mailing ballot process was being constructed.
In the 2018 midterm elections we all watched the outcome of that process surface in the weeks following election day. As each day passed more and more California mail-in ballots were being counted and day-by-day Republicans who won on election day 2018 watched their lead evaporate.
What happened in the California 2018 midterm election surrounding state-wide ballot distribution, collection (harvesting) and eventual presentation to the counting and tabulation facilities, was the BETA test for the 2020 covid-inspired national ballot mailing process.
The outcome we are seeing from the 2022 midterm ballot collection program was not just similar to the 2020 general election ballot collection program, it is a direct outcome of the refined BETA test from 2018.
Now we have multiple states following the California mass distribution of ballots approach.
Washington state, California, Arizona, Colorado, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, New York, New Jersey, Michigan, there’s a long list.
In many states mass mailing of ballots is now codified in election law.
Activist election lawyer Marc Elias now coming in behind the construction team of Eric Holder with the legal arguments to support the ballot collection programs.
The Importance of Election Rolls – As you can see from the California initiation point (Motor/Voter), in order to most effectively use the mass distribution of ballots as an electioneering process you first need a massive state secretary voter file in order to generate, then mail, the physical ballots.
Remember, votes require people – ballots require systems.
Any institutional system that can link people into the SoS system to generate a larger registration file for ballot distribution is a net positive. The key point is not to generate voters, the key is to generate ballots – the more the better.
Mass printing of ballots is the origin of the electioneering process.
(Remember a Ballot is Not A verfied Vote but in the states that allow ballots, it is counted as a VERIFIED Vote.)
Any state or federal system that links a physical identity to the secretary of state voter rolls is good.
Any system, like the USPS postal change of address system, that would remove physical identities from the state voter rolls is not useful.
The goal is to maximize the number of systems that generate registration, that eventually generates ballots.
Beyond the Driver’s License issue, it’s everything.
(Ballots are sent out GALORE. Ballots that are counted as verified votes even though ballots are not verified votes.)
(Who needs to vote when you get registered to "vote" and are automatically sent a BALLOT to mail back in that is counted as a verified vote but IS NOT A VERFIED VOTE?)

Sign up for state benefits, get registered to vote.
Sign up for a state id, get registered to vote.
Sign up for state college, get registered to vote.
Sign up for a grant, get registered to vote.
Sign up for unemployment, get registered to vote.
Sign up for any state system and get registered to vote.
Get married, change names, change addresses, etc, that’s how the voter rolls expand and that’s how the massive distribution of ballots is created.
The states then fight against anything, any effort, any process, that would purge voter rolls or fix incorrect voting rolls.
To use the new electioneering system, the system operators need ballots created, they no longer need votes. They need ballots.
Downstream from this process that’s where you find the “ballot submission assistance” programs.
This is where the local community networks, regional activist groups and widespread community organizers come into play.
Instead of advertising or the previous electioneering systems around candidate promotion and Get Out The Vote (GOTV) efforts, the majority of donations to the DNC are now used in the ballot assistance programs.
SIDEBAR – Now keep in mind, the origination of the ballots starts with expanded voter rolls.
The rolls contain the registry status of people, regardless of their accuracy or inaccuracy.
If you were going to hire a printing company to send out fancy wedding invitations, you would need to provide that third-party with the names, addresses and details of the invitation recipients, right? Now, overlay ballots into a similar framework.
Do you remember the recent issue of Konnech (CEO Eugene Yu), an election technology company, indicted for transmitting the data files of every registered voter in Pennsylvania (and more) to China?
Inside that Konnech story is how the modern ballot creation issue connects to the activity of Eugene Yu. Did pre-printed ballots arrive en-mass, in the U.S.A, as a result of the massive data files transmitted to China? That might be a sticky-widget for quite a few interests. Then again, what state just dropped the charges against Yu on the day after the midterm election?

The RNC club operated in the 2022 midterm election to support (willful blindness) the DNC club effort. Why? Because the RNC club wants to remove the problems they have with the populist movement. The issues are big.
The RNC Club wants, as billionaire donor Ken Griffin explained from his discussions with Ronna McDaniel, Ron DeSantis and Kevin McCarthy, to remove the populist elements within the Republican party, vis-a-vis MAGA, and realign with the multinational corporations on Wall Street.

As you can see, the issue of “votes” -vs- “ballots”, is not a singular issue for American voters. We have a mixed bag of mutually aligned common enemies in this process.
Republican politicians will support any process, including mass mailout ballot distribution and collection, regardless of its corrupt status, that will eliminate what they define as the problem within their club.

Folks, relax. We’ve seen enough, and we’ve seen this exact playbook before.
The delayed “official results” from Colorado, Arizona and Nevada are all part of the organized narrative engineering from SoS offices, party officials (local and state) and corporate media. It’s transparent now.
There were key “target races”, not defined for political outcomes per se’ but rather …. they were identified for official media targeting; for script writing and narrative engineering; under the guise of being identified as “key races” to sense, gauge and create a storyline for election distribution by corporate media.
In the big picture, the goal was to undermine and deflate the MAGA base represented by President Donald Trump. 2022 midterm MAGA wins downplayed and or delayed. 2022 MAGA losses overemphasized, highlighted and promoted as part of the script. That’s what we are seeing now. That’s all we are seeing now.
The Boebert lead will continue widening until they “officially” call the race. The delay is strictly because Lauren Boebert was an identified media/maga target, similar in construct to Marjorie Taylor Green, who won by too wide a margin to be useful for this intention.
The delays in Arizona are for the exact same reason. All GOP wins. Kari Lake easily won the Governor contest and Abraham Hamadeh has easily won the Arizona AG position. Slightly lesser probability, but still likely, both Blake Masters (AZ Senate) and Mark Finchem (AZ Secretary of State) will stand victorious at the end of this narrative engineering delay.
The same applies for Nevada where Republican Adam Laxalt has easily won the Senate Race and Joe Lombardo is the new Republican governor.
The U.S. majority in the Senate is currently sitting at 50 Republicans with Laxalt being #50, that’s a done deal.
Additionally, it’s highly likely Blake Masters will eventually be called as #51. However, that reality diminishes the import of the media’s use of Georgia where Raphael Warnock (D) and Herschel Walker (R) will have a runoff.
The GA narrative engineering, media spin and effort to promote horrible orange man, is the purpose for dragging this out.
♦ Accepting this baseline, there are two states (almost three) where things went to shit. Michigan and Pennsylvania (almost Wisconsin), and the reality of what happened in those states with ballot collection explains: (a) the results, and (b) why media don’t want to dig too much into those results. You will note the media is all high level on those races with spin toward MAGA Trump couldn’t help the PA and Mich candidates win.
The reality is nobody could have helped the Michigan and Pennsylvania republican candidates win. The ballots to assure Democrat victories were gathered before election day in both those states.
There is a big difference between “votes” and “ballots.” The Republicans focused on winning votes; the Democrats focused on gathering ballots. The ballots won.
Wisconsin tried essentially the same thing as PA and MI, except there was already residual election roll cleanup (hurts the ballot team) and strong election day turnout (helps vote team). Wisconsin was a close contest, and they better fortify against the ballot team quickly before 2024.
Pennsylvania and Michigan are lost to the importance of voting now. Their house and senate constructs changed because the ballot team organized support to flip them blue.
PA and MI will now work to legislatively embed the ballot gathering operation as part of their legal election process for 2024.
A GOP presidential contest in PA is futile without a Keystone State Republican ballot collection effort in place. The same thing is needed in Michigan now.
In states where ballot collection operations are allowed within the election law, the entire Republican apparatus in those states – and all the candidates – need to immediately change their entire outlook on electioneering (CA, WA, WI, MN, IL, NY, PA, VA, CO).
In those states like PA, Mich and Wisc, Republicans need to switch from electioneering to win votes, to electioneering to gather ballots. Everything needs to change QUICKLY, and the RNC needs a fully organized, technologically assisted, geospatial digital outreach collection and assembly organization team in place by Easter 2023.
Organized voter ballot distribution, voter ballot delivery and ballot pickup systems need to be in place by the spring 2023.
There should be no other priority for any Republican Party or politician in any state where ballot collection, mail-in ballots, ballot drop boxes, or ballot harvesting is permitted by law.
Stop campaigning for votes and immediately switch the entire political operation to electioneering for ballots.
Votes require people, ballots require systems. Republican officials, Republican politicians and the Republican voters need to switch the emphasis from people (votes and poll watchers) to systems (ballot collection and poll watchers) in these states. Voters will understand if it is explained and clearly articulated.
The narrative engineering on the current vote/ballot outcome delays in Nevada, Arizona, Colorado (and more) are all related to the organized anti-Trump corporate media agenda. It’s not coincidental the entire apparatus of the media and professional political establishment are trying to frame a ‘failed Trump’ narrative.
Accept that because of ballot collection, Michigan and Pennsylvania were lost before the election even started. With that as the baseline, where exactly did Trump lose?

RNC Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel is from Michigan, she literally lives in Michigan… She didn’t see the ballot gathering operation in her own state and recognize that campaigning for votes was futile? How Effective Are Deer Whistles to Avoid Vehicle Collisions?
Do the bumper-mounted deer whistles sold to help alert whitetails really work?
I’ve never been involved in a deer-vehicle accident — knock on wood — despite having driven for almost 65 years. Had a few close calls, but have never hit one; hope I never do. According to Utah State University professor Michael Conover, 1.5 million motorists, annually, are not so fortunate.
Many methods have been proposed to reduce deer-vehicle accidents, including highway fencing, animal overpasses, deer guards, biological repellents, lure crops, road salt alternatives, warning reflectors, driver education, improved highway lighting, and whistles, just to name a few.
Unfortunately, most of these techniques have not been scientifically evaluated.
Vehicle-mounted whistles — technically referred to as auditory deterrents, but more commonly called deer whistles — are probably one of the most popular. Many motorists confidently rely on vehicle-mounted whistles as their primary means of avoiding deer-vehicle collisions. Aside from being inexpensive and easy to use, manufacturers claim they are “scientifically sound.” However, research evidence suggests otherwise.
Can Deer Hear Deer Whistles
Any hunter knows that deer have extremely sensitive hearing. Famed researcher Dietland Muller-Schwarze compares a deer’s hearing ability to that of a satellite dish, “pointing to the heavens, collecting signals for the owner to sort out and tune in.”
Even when its ears are stationary and at rest, a deer can tell whether sounds come from ahead or behind. Because each ear can move independently, deer can pivot one ear toward the sound, and by comparing signals received from each ear, they can pinpoint the source of the sound.
According to Deer & Deer Hunting Field Editor Phillip Bishop, “Sounds are described based on two qualities:
1. The frequency. This describes how close sound waves are to each other, and is measured in cycles per second (called hertz). The higher the frequency, the higher the pitch.
2. The amplitude (loudness). This describes how large the sound waves are, and it is measured in decibels, a scale that increases in factors of 10.”
Tests conducted by University of Georgia researcher Gino D’Angelo, and his coworkers, indicated that whitetailed deer can effectively hear within the range of 0.25 to 30 kilohertz, with their best hearing sensitivity between 4 kHz and 8 kHz. (Note: a kilo equals 1,000.)
D’Angelo’s group used a technique called auditory brainstem testing to assess whitetail hearing capability. This involved strategically placing electrodes on the head of drug-immobilized deer, testing the animal’s brain response to various sound frequencies and displaying the electrical responses on a monitor for analysis.
As might be expected, the whitetail’s best hearing range overlaps primary frequencies of their vocal communication. For example, earlier studies using sonographic analysis, identified 12 whitetail vocalizations. Most were composed of frequencies between 1 kHz and 8 kHz.
Humans hear best between 2 kHz and 5 kHz, with an upper limit of about 20 kHz. Because deer can detect higher frequencies, the University of Georgia group suggested further research on the use of ultrasonic whistles was warranted.
The Heffners, from the Whitetail Deer Research LLC, Ohio, obtained behavioral audiograms of two captive deer using a “conditioned-suppression avoidance procedure.” In simple terms, they conditioned thirsty deer to drink from a metal bowl that was wired to present a mild shock. Sounds of various (pure tone) frequency were then presented at random intervals followed by a mild electric shock. A deer avoided the shock by breaking contact with the bowl, thereby indicating that it had heard the sound frequency tested.
The Heffner study showed the whitetail’s hearing range extends from .115 kHz to 54 kHz. And, by increasing the intensity of the sound (to more than 90 decibels), the hearing range could be extended to 64 kHz.
Compared to humans, the Heffners concluded whitetailed deer have better high-frequency hearing but poorer low-frequency hearing.
Background on Deer Whistles
Invented in Austria in 1979, deer whistles are still distributed by many companies in Europe and the United States. Simple air-activated whistles are relatively inexpensive ($5 to $10 apiece online), but electronic systems may cost several hundred dollars. The devices are generally attached to the front of the vehicle, and manufacturers claim they produce ultrasonic frequencies and warn animals of approaching vehicles, thereby reducing deer-vehicle collisions.
Early tests conducted in Finland indicated that canids, bears, deer and elk heard sounds emitted by the whistles because their ears moved. However, other investigators found the testing procedures were faulty.
In Utah, researchers Laura Romin and Larry Dalton detected no differences in responses from 150 groups of free-ranging mule deer to vehicles equipped with and without deer whistles. Although some deer ran away from the test vehicle, they did so regardless of the presence or absence of whistles.
A recent review of deer whistle effectiveness by University of Georgia researchers, led by Sharon Valitzki, came to similar negative conclusions: “Previous research on vehicle-mounted auditory deterrents was confounded by use of commercially produced devices lacking proper function and sufficient sound intensity to be audible to deer in roadway conditions.”
Apparently, some commercially available deer whistles do not produce sound of ultrasonic frequency, as claimed. In fact, some emit no sound at all under normal operating conditions.
New Science on Deer Whistles
When functioning as advertised, it’s important to recognize that deer whistles emit consistent, continuous sounds of equal intensity at one frequency. These so-called pure tones can also be produced using standard sound equipment.
For this reason, Valitzski and her group tested the effectiveness of a range of pure-tone sounds for altering the behavior of whitetails along roadways for prevention of deer-vehicle collisions. The study was conducted during April and June 2006 at the Berry College Wildlife refuge, located in northwestern Georgia, in an area with about 100 deer per square mile.
The Georgia-based researchers equipped a test vehicle with four high-frequency speakers calibrated to deliver selected frequencies between .28 kHz and 28 kHz. Speakers were set to emit sounds directly in front of the vehicle as well as to the sides. Levels of sound intensity were set high enough (70 decibels) to ensure that deer could hear the transmitted sounds, above vehicle road noise, within 10 meters (32.8 feet) of the roadway as well as 30 meters (98.4 feet) ahead of the test vehicle.
Two test areas were established and marked with a study area of influence, encompassing a roadway and a 10-meter buffer zone on either side. During each test, an observer recorded deer behavior in response to one of six randomly selected treatments, including five different frequencies produced by the vehicle-mounted sound system as well as a control (no sound), as the vehicle was driven about 30 mph through the test area.
Each trial was conducted either at dawn or dusk to maximize deer sightings, and only under ideal weather conditions to ensure the sound carried properly. Behavior of selected (i.e., focal) deer was recorded before and after being exposed to the test vehicle. The observers then scored changes in behavior as follows:
1.Negative interaction — deer response likely to cause a deer-vehicle accident; 2.Positive interaction — deer response less likely to cause an deer-vehicle accident; and 3.Neutral interaction — no change in risk of deer-vehicle accident.
Discouraging Results
Based upon the observed response of 319 deer, the researchers concluded the pure tones did not alter deer behavior in such a way as to prevent deer-vehicle collisions.
In other words, the simulated sounds of deer whistles were no more effective than no sound at all.
Overall, 54 percent to 71 percent of the observations were classified as neutral, meaning more than half the time deer did not alter their behavior in response to the test vehicle. Only the lowest frequency tested (.28 kHz) produced a significant response. And that was unfavorable, because deer were more likely to enter the roadway in response to the treatment.
Unlike some deer whistles, all sound frequencies tested were known to be audible to deer. Therefore, given the lack of deer response, the investigators suggest the following: 1. Deer may have too little time to react as desired. 2. Deer may lack the neurological ability to process the alarm information efficiently to respond as desired, or 3. Deer might not recognize the sounds as threatening.
Because these results were obtained using pure tones similar to vehicle-mounted deer whistles, it was concluded that such commercially available products would not be effective for prevention of deer-vehicle collisions.
How to Use Deer Whistles Best
For deer whistles to be effective, the sound should carry as far ahead and to the sides of a vehicle as possible, so that deer have time to react. Although the Georgia tests were only conducted under ideal weather conditions, the researchers could not transmit ultrasonic frequencies beyond their 10-meter-by-30-meter zone of influence, without damaging the sound-producing equipment. In addition, hearing safety of pedestrians is a factor, and certain laws regulate maximum permissible noise.
Remember, the Georgia group studied the effectiveness of pure tones, similar to vehicle-mounted deer whistles. In contrast, natural sounds are complex, being composed of different frequencies emitted simultaneously.
While devices emitting complex sounds, of alternating low and high frequency, might be more effective in altering deer behavior, and preventing deer-vehicle collisions, associated research is not very encouraging. There isn't any research demonstrating that deer are consistently frightened by a particular frequency or decibel level of sound — despite the claims made by manufacturers of such devices. Invariably, deer even habituate to sounds that are initially frightening.
Conclusions
Given their research experience, the Georgia-based researchers concluded the following:
“Considering the challenges of producing sound at appropriate intensities and distances from a moving vehicle, deer hearing capabilities, human safety concerns, and our observed lack of behavioral responses of deer to sound treatments, auditory deterrents do not appear to be appropriate for prevention of deer-vehicle collisions.”

My real advise is to avoid driving at dawn and dusk if possible because thats when deer move the most.
If you are in an area where deer could pop out in front of you, drive slower if possible to maybe apply your breaks to avoid the road kill.
Rain
While a torrential down pour will most likely cause a deer to seek deeper cover and bed down until the rain passes, a light rain will most likely not have too much effect on their movements.
With that being said, rain does play a role in how deer move.
It’s for this reason that deer might be less likely to move when it’s raining, not because they have a problem with getting wet.
Rain can also dampen the ground cover, making the leaves and foliage soggy.
Deer rely heavily on their hearing to detect approaching danger and not being able to hear the crackling of leaves or the snapping of twigs, can really put them at the mercy of predators looking for an easy meal.
For this reason, it’s thought that they just stay put when it rains.
Wind
In a seven-year study, scientists at the Samuel Roberts Noble Foundation in Oklahoma found that there was very little change in the distance traveled by whitetail deer due to wind speed.
However, while wind speed may not directly change how a deer moves, it does have some influence on where deer move to.
High winds can interfere with a deer’s ability to detect predators, so of course, they will change the patterns to compensate.
High winds also increase a deer’s stress level!
These two factors, while not stopping deer from moving, will most likely cause them to seek areas that are protected from the windy conditions.
Cold
I’m a firm believer in that cold weather affects how deer move throughout the day and no, I don’t think it’s because they are cold and have to keep moving to stay warm. That was a joke by the way!
Deer are like all animal, including fish in that they respond to changes in barometric pressure.
Deer will bed, feed and move according to if the barometer is ‘rising,’ ‘steady’ or ‘falling.’
An approaching cold front will cause the pressure to drop, increasing a deer’s desire to feed.
It’s this natural instinct that will cause deer to be extremely active just before and after a front passes.
While deer feel the need to feed before the impending front, they will stay put until the bad weather passes.
Due to not having fed for awhile, once everything has settled down, they will be on the move looking for food.
What Time of Year Are Deer The Most Active
Big bucks will typically let their guards down and become more active during the rut. This is the deer breeding season that typically runs from the first week of October through the last part of January with the peak being in November.
It’s a well known fact that bucks (especially big bucks) will change their movements during the rut in order to breed with willing does. A small percentage will display a nomadic behavior, venturing far away from their home base in search of does to breed with.
Most however, will stay close to home and defend their local breeding grounds from nomadic bucks looking to breed with their doe.
If there is ever a time when you can count on deer moving throughout the day, it’s during the rut.
First week of October through the last part of January with the peak being in November.

Deer will react differently in their movements when pressured! Have you ever wondered why that trophy buck that you spotted in the summer is nowhere to be seen once the season starts.
Deer, especially big bucks, are extremely observant animals are are keenly aware when hunters are encroaching on their turf.
They are not likely to hang around for very long if they feel threatened!
However, if there is food to be had, you can bet that they will still be there. They will just be very careful about their movements.
Although deer’s movements can and will change due to a number of factors, including the rut, where they are the most active, you can be sure that dusk and dawn will always be the best time of day when deer are most active.

(A somber commentary about a drug addict and eternity.)
When they say someone has "passed away" it is a nicer way to say they died and avoid talking about what dying means to the individual.
Death is not the end for the eternal spirit of a person. They live on because the spirt of a person is eternal.
Where a person spends eternity is all important!
Salvation messages are preached at funeral homes along with glowing terms about the deceased.
More often than not the nuts and bolts of why someone has died is avoided at the time of grieving which is appropriate.
I heard a good salvation message at the funeral on 11/5/2022.
This message was based on: Rom 6:23
For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
I also heard a few speakers talk about the deceased in terms that were appropriate.
Of course the background information of a drug addict would not be revealed or revealed in subtle ways only.
I don't know how many people at the furneral knew the deceased died of a massive heart attack, caused by cocaine use.
I am sure many did know but no one spoke of it at the funeral.
Kind of like joe biden saying inflation doesn't exist but the truth is known anyway.
I agree a funeral is not the place to inform people the deceased died of a massive heart attack because of a cocaine addiction.
On this post I can state information about his addiction and cocaine as the deceased cause of death.
The man did have some good attributes and some bad attributes as all of us do.
I will explain a few bad attributes that were not spoken of at the funeral.
His drug addiction was the main cause of his death.
The deceased let his cocaine habit take control of his life.
It is a fact ANYBODY can stop using drugs if they want to.
Because of their addiction it isn't easy but it can be done and people do quit using drugs with God's help.
The key is God's help.
If a person doesn't want to stop using drugs they won't stop using drugs.
The deceased didn't want to stop using drugs and it finally killed him after having a previous cocaine heart attack about 3 years ago,.
The doctors told him then that if he kept using cocaine he would die.
In the last 2 months the deceased went down hill fast.
He started using more and more cocaine and quit 2 good jobs.
A speaker at the cemetery said, " He was a good example and we should follow his example."
Again he was talking in glowing terms and NOT real terms.
If we actually followed his "example" we would be addicted to cocaine and have one foot in the grave very quickly.
The preachers and speakers all talked about the deceased as being in heaven.
“We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord.” (2 Corinthians 5:8)
The times of judgment are coming, when they learn that “whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire” (Revelation 20:15). Right now, however, all who know Christ as their Lord and Savior can know, with Paul, that “to live is Christ, and to die is gain” (Philippians 1:21).
Furthermore, when Christ returns, “them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him” (1 Thessalonians 4:14). And then He will change our old body, whether in the grave or still living, “that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body” and “we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is” (Philippians 3:21; 1 John 3:2).
What does "Rest In Peace" mean?
RIP can express hope that someone's spirit has found peace after death.
RIP is a phrase used to show respect and sympathy for a person.
Its a generic phrase used like "passed away".
Both these terms "passed away" and "rest in peace" avoid the terms death and where the person will be in eternity.
7:1 Judge not. Here Jesus warns against condemning the actions or motives of others. Only the Lord has that right, since only He has full knowledge of a person’s actions and motives. (John 5:22; Romans 14:4,10; etc.).
On the other hand, He has commanded us to “judge righteous judgment” (John 7:24).
We should be able to recognize false teachers and “from such turn away” (II Timothy 3:5; see also Matthew 7:15-20; etc.).
Also, we should discern and rebuke these false brethren who are encouraging others to sin (Ephesians 5:7,11).
In other words, we should be able to judge that which is wrong, in either doctrine or practice, and avoid (or correct) those who are involved, but we must not condemn them—God must do that.
Judge righteous judgment” (John 7:24).
This means not to condemn with complete disapproval or censure.
I had spoken to the deceased man about drugs and he said to me:
"Someone on drugs will lie, cheat steal and do anything to get the hit they need."
I knew he had had a cocaine induced heart attack. I mentioned that to him on one a occasion, he didn't deny it.
It made him very uncomfortable knowing that I knew that. Up until that time he had never made mention of his cocaine induced heart attack.
He thought I didn't know.
If the deceased had never actually believed in Jesus as his saviour he would have died in his sins and would be spending an eternity in hell's torments.

A team of outside advisors has spent the last week determining which engineers and technical managers to keep based largely on their recent contributions to Twitter’s codebase, according to employees involved in the discussions.

Musk thinks twitter is intelligent just because twitter has people and fake bots, sending tweetsand replying to tweets.
I don't think a partial thought, a 70 word tweet, is a "super-intelligence".
Group think or collective think often produces garbage think.
This is why the phrase, Garbage in = Garbage out when talking about computer input and output.
People throw away useful stuff in their garbage sometimes.
More often garbage is just garbage.
When it comes to twitter Mr Musk I think of it as a recycling center of thoughts and opinions that are currently FORCED to be put in certain bins for disposal.
Just like a recycling center useful things can be used and reused.
Useful non woke thiking can be used and reused.
Musk must make his "recycling center" make money or he will be losing money big time.

2000 Mules Investigators Gregg Phillips and True the Vote Founder ARRESTED and Taken Into Custody One Week Before Mid-Term Election
This morning, Oct 31,2022, Federal Judge Kenneth Hoyt held True the Vote founder Catherine Engelbrecht and True the Vote investigator Gregg Phillips were arrested and held in contempt of court over their refusal to identify a confidential informant who helped them obtain information that led to the discovery and later, evidence that the E. Lansing, MI based election software company Konnech was storing election-related data on servers in China.
Judge says he never got a straight answer on who was in the Dallas hotel room January, 2021, and he doesn’t know how many people were there. Judge says the way Phillips and Engelbrecht talked suggests True the Vote did have access to the hacked computer data, though they deny it.
The courageous duo have been taken into custody by US Marshalls and are currently being held.
Last night, on her Truth Social account, Catherine Engelbrecht posted this poignant and touching message to the truth warriors who continue to investigate the evidence of voter fraud in the 2020 election:

Engelbrecht and Phillips were the duo behind the bombshell documentary 2000 Mules that used geofencing data to uncover an alleged massive ballot-harvesting operation in several key states across America in 2020.

On September 8, a reporter from 100 Percent Fed Up attended “The Pit,” where True the Votes’ Catherine Engelbrecht and Gregg Phillips dropped a bombshell about the arrest of Eugene Yu, CEO of Konnech, an E. Lansing, MI-based company responsible for the software used in managing elections in several states that stored personal information of over 1 million Americans in its database.
Konnech, much like Dominion, almost immediately sued True the Vote as a way to silence them and keep them from speaking out about the bombshell information they provided to reporters at The Pit related to Konnech and the unlawful transfer of information from America to China.
According to True the Vote investigator Gregg Phillips, the FBI had already been investigating Konnech.
“These were legitimate people who believed that this software posed a national security risk to the United States of America, and they were working with us closely to try to stop this from being in place during the midterms,” Phillips said.
The media brutalized Catherine Engelbrecht and Gregg Phillips for making accusations against Konnech. Konnech almost immediately sued them for reporting the truth about what they found.
On Tuesday, the LA County District Attorney’s office announced that Eugene Yu was arrested and taken into custody for suspected theft of information on voters stored on servers in Communist China.
Konnech distributes and sells its proprietary PollChief software, which is an election worker management system that was utilized by the county in the last California election. The software assists with poll worker assignments, communications, and payroll. PollChief requires that workers submit personal identifying information, which is retained by the Konnech.
Under its $2.9 million, five-year contract with the county, Konnech was supposed to securely maintain the data and that only United States citizens and permanent residents have access to it.
District Attorney investigators found that in contradiction to the contract, information was stored on servers in the People’s Republic of China.
The East Lansing Police Department and Ingham County Sheriff’s Office in Michigan also assisted in the investigation.
It all sounds perfectly normal. We are living in an upside-down world, America, where heroes are being locked up and criminals are being allowed to commit crimes as long as they benefit the Democratic Party.
