Don't Buy Home Solar

Be aware that ALL solar companies have sales persons that flat out lie about home solar power.

What the sales person says is NOT included in the contract.

In fact the contract says:

Solar contracts include provisions for arbitration ONLY. You can't sue the solar company!

A sales person can tell you anything about the solar panels, costs, savings, installation etc and what they say IS NOT INCLUDED IN A CONTRACT!

Its only what is included in a contract the will be legally binding but even then the contract will have an clause that forces you into arbitration only where you can't sue the solar company.

If a solar sales person - called a lead - knocks on your door or calls you tell them your NOT interested.

The solar sales person - called a lead - sets up an appointment for a solar sales person, a field rep, who is an expert at taking your money and pocketing a commission for a few thousand dollars.

I talked with a solar field rep that has a sales territory of the eastern U.S.

He told me he trains sales people known a leads.

These people set up interviews for him, the solar sales person rep.

He recruits people as "leads" to go door to door trying to set up appointments for him.

He told me the lead person does not do the selling but set up an interview for him where he does the selling etc.

The lead has a script to memorize and give to a perspective solar "victim".

If the lead sales person is able to set up an appointment for the solar sales rep and it results in a solar home sale the lead will get up front $1,000

When the home solar sale closes the lead will receive an additional 3 to 5 thousand dollars!

It can take about 90 days for the total solar installation to be completed.

Permits need to be got from the county etc.

The solar sales rep can get 25% or more commission of the solar sale price or even 30%.

For instance if the solar sales was $40,000 the solar sales rep would get $10,000 in a commission!

Thats just one sale.

Stop and think about that for a minute.

You sign a solar home contract for $40,000 and $10,000 of that $40,000 you pay for 20 years or more is going for a sales commission!

If the sale is $60,000 the solar rep gets $15,000 of the $60,000 your paying for many years as an up front sales commission!

It could be a 30% solar sale commission.

If its 30% that would mean the solar sales rep gets an $18,000 up front solar sales commission!

$18,000 of the $60,000 solar payment you'll be making for many years.

This is exactly true be cause I have read a independent direct seller agreement for a solar "lead" sales person.

The solar sales rep pays the solar lead $1,000 up front and $3,000 to $4,000 additional funds if the solar deal is signed and completed.

So that means the lead gets $4,000 to $5,000 minimum.

If its $5,000 the rep has to pay in the lead commission that leaves $13,000 for the solar sales rep to pocket for just one solar sale of $60,000.

The solar sales lead and the solar sales rep can tell you ANYTHING to sell you a solar home installation.

What the lead or the solar rep says means nothing if it is NOT in the contract you sign!

Its like talking to a used car salesman or worse.

Don't talk to ANY solar sales person on the phone or in person!

In my opinion solar panels to power a home is NOT cost effective in any way.

Solar panels and installation for a home is a SCAM.

It doesn't matter what solar company you sign a contract with.

If you become a solar home contract victim you will be under the water in a loser contract.

There are not ANY good or safe solar companys to contract with for a solar home installation.

All pay their sales people big commissions just to generate sales and leave you out in the cold!

It all may sound good as the solar sales person talks with you but he or she can tell you anything including lies about solar home installation, costs, benefits etc.

Its all about sales and NOTHING about you.

Watch this eye opening video below about how several people got scammed by a solar company.

Keep in mind all solar companys have different ways of scamming you for your money.

Powerhome Solar customers say they were left in the dark with hidden high costs

Solar panels and equipment are a total SCAM. Don't become a victim.

Buying a solar panel installation for you home is worse than signing a time share contract you can't get out of when you realize you made a BIG mistake!

"Going green" means watching your money being flushed down the commode, if you sign a solar home installation contract!
